    Pickup Orders Processing Information

    When selecting local pickup, please note that pickup is available only at The Shops at Bandera Road during our business hours:

    Thursday–Sunday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

    All pickup and shipping orders are processed during these business hours only. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will begin processing on Thursday.

    Please allow 2–3 business days during our Thursday–Sunday operating schedule for your order to be processed and ready for pickup or shipment.

    Shipping Orders

    Shipping times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is closed on Sundays and holidays, which may affect delivery times.
